With years of experience coaching women of all ages and fitness levels, I specialise in helping clients build strength, confidence and consistency - not just short-term results.
I’ve worked with women returning to exercise after pregnancy, recovering from surgery such as joint replacements or tummy tucks, those new to the gym, and clients ready to push their strength and fitness to the next level.
